I was going to get a pair for $150 but the guy couldn't get the rings off the other rims.

with all the Jbolts and mounting hardware? Whatever you want to pay. Sometimes at an auction $10 if you can find them. I paid about $300 for a set of nice 15x28 dual rims a few years ago missing the J bolts. I couldn't find a set and new from unverferth was like $350 each.
