Took a set of eccentrics and put them in my electrolysis tank to clean them up. After two days, they spun easily, but I was going to take them all the way apart to clean up the eccentric pin and then reassemble with some antiseize. Question is, does anyone have a source for the eccentric pin snap rings that are on the back. Two of the four that I took apart, the snap ring just crumbled from being so rusted and getting eaten away in the electro tank. I would like to buy a bunch of them so that I have some on hand and will put new ones on all eight pins that I get apart. Thanks for any help.

I think if you can find a spring of the same approximate dia, mount it on a bolt and run a die grinder down the length of it you can have a lot of them. I've been thinking of doing this, but haven't had the need yet.

Hey now Eldon,
That sounds like a plausible idea. I do a lot of innovating myself but never thought of that one. Thanks for sharing!!

Hey a few years back I needed some of those lock rings. there was a place in Toledo Oh. Spring time Manufacturing. Here's what they helped me out with. I saw the guy put this spring on a cutting press and popped them off one at a time..
Chuck , How many do ya need. The one with tape is orignal
