gotta go see a cardiologist today after that last stint in the hospital. wonder what he's gonna come up with? dang I feel good right now, sure hope he don't ruin it for me! the old lady....ooooops....I mean the loving wife has been bringing home lots of glutin free food, and sugarless foods, and all kinda healthy stuff for me to change over eating. some of it is good, and I can adjust to that, but there are some that is plain NASTY! whew.

I agree Shameless! My wife has hooked herself on "Smoothies" where she grinds a salad in a blender with fruit! I tried it a few times and decided that is what the good lord put teeth in my head for!

Good news Shameless! My wife mixes Kale,Spinach, Romaine lettuce, Celery and Orange or Pineapple juice with pieces of Apple. This varys with what's on hand or as her tastes change. She wore out a Ninja Blender and now has a new one of a different make. Me I have a couple of eggs and fried parsnips or Kashi
cereal with blueberries and soy milk!
