I've been cooking out a very rusty engine block for over two weeks. It's still removing a significant amount of rust and corrosion  We are leaving home for two weeks. Should I remove it from the electrolysis unit, wash it down and spray it with light oil or, leave it in the tub unplugged from the power source until I return?

I'd unplug the power supply, leave block in tank.

Well I haven't left it that long But I would go with the light oil option. Maybe better yet would be to just let it run while your gone? Especially if you have more clean time needed.
Maybe have some one check on it daily?
I would be afraid it might rust some in the tub. But getting no air (submerged) maybe it would be OK?
Are you getting it turned occasionally so that the line of site process is getting some of the internal areas?
Regards,
 Chris
