Baby chicks are supposed to leave the hatchery around 3 and be here around 3:30. Tyler do those chicks come in cardboard boxes like they used too,,,,,, or another way??????? As many as you get at a time it would be a lot of boxes.............. ------------- You don't really have to be smart if you know who is! |

They come in plastic boxes that are about 30 inches by 18 inches and about 6 inches deep. They're lined with brown paper for a couple of reasons: 1) they can reuse the boxes by throwing the paper away and putting new paper in and 2) they can test the manure on the paper to check for sickness.
