Sandy Lake is where I got my Pressure plate/clutch disc. As Norm said a button clutch with ceramic pads are hard on flywheels, but will outlast a fiber disc 10 fold. Flywheels can be turned....I wont use a fiber disc anymore.....I dont like my clutch slipping

it would be a good idea to check the thickness specs for your pressure plate as they get turned and do not provide enough pressure to hold the disc properly and cause glazing.....
