I don't know what a bean buggy is. Are they "gas powered"? Just couldn't resist.....O_O ------------- Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it? |

Most around here were on the front of a small tractor. Round UP made them scrap iron.
Best one was a 2 person with a walkway for 12 rows.

 Like Nathan said most of the bean buggies I remember around here were mounted on tractors our's was mounted on a D-17 and I think it is still in the back of the shed at home. They had a chemical tank in the middle and a pump that supplied chemical to each persons gun and you would spary the weeds and such while riding through the field. Riding these things is how I made a living growing up during the Summer for all the neighbor's, it was a lot better than walking them, but not by much.

Sorry, but the bean buggy went to Shameless in eastern NE. But, we have a bean bar (4 seat) that we had mounted on the 190XT if you are interested.
