I recently inherited a 50' WD with a house I bought. It is in pretty good shape but does need some work. The one problem that I have run in to is that I need to replace the Camshaft Gear. Mine has the bolt on gear, not the press on. I have searched high and low. I've found 100 press on gears for every 1 bolt on. The handful of bolt on that I have found are very used, being sold attached to the Camshaft and are $160+. So, my question(s): Is there some reason I can't find the gear I need? Does anyone know where I can find one? Is $160+ really what I'm going to have to pay for one gear? Would a camshaft with a press on great be compatible in my engine? Thanks for any help.

Yes, change cam and gear. Just make oil pump gear matches. MACK
