I will start with this...Not a mechanic, do my best, but I run the tractor. Have an AC 7040, put a bale processor on it (vermeer bp 9000). I cannot get enough power in my hydraulics to run it. At full throttle 3000 rpm, it is barley getting the job done. I know there has to be something that I can adjust to speed this up. PLEASE HELP.

There should be a small rod below the seat that will allow you to adjust the flow of the remote valve.  It only adjusts one so you may have to reach behind the valves and twist the control that way from the outside.

Are you saying the hydraulics don't run the hydraulic motor fast enough, or not enough pressure to move the hydraulic cylinders?   MACK

Well, its both. The motor on the feeder is not turning fast enough, along with the cylinders not moving fast enough.
