I removed the hydraulic pump from my 1953 WD45 because it would not lift the arms when cold, I found that one of the plungers is stuck in the main body below the surface so I cannot get any thing on it to remove it. I was wondering if anyone else had run in to this before and how did you get it out.

I had one stuck in a B pump. I soaked it good with Kroil and started lightly tapping on it. It finally started coming up after working at it for a couple days.

Thanks for the advise, I ended up getting it out today using some zep45 and a small hammer and punch.

We used to weld big flat warshers on the stuck plunger then pried it out with a heavy screwdriver.  Remember, new parts were just a step away then.  Now you have to do it like you did above.  Congratulations!!
When you remove the valve body be certain to keep them in order when replaced and immersed in something like diesel fuel so they will not enlarge or shrink.
Good Luck!
