What is the procedure for moving the tie rod ends outward? I removed the bolt and spread the clamp near the wheel, placed a small hydraulic jack between center of tractor and steering lever on outer spindle, but it does not want to move. Some help from the ranks of "The Orangemen" would be appreciated.

There was a post about this a couple weeks ago. I think the answer was some heat.

Get the trusty old torch out and put the heat to it. After you get it moved out put some anti seize on them then the next time you move the front in or out it will slide right out. Don

Thanks fellas.  Heat it shall be!  I was concerned there might be some threads somewhere inside.
