I built a few models this summer when the fish weren't biting.  We are moved back to Mesa now so the clean up and painting process has started .  This is the first one out of the paint booth.   The gear box works so when I turn the PTO the blade spins as it should.

Took me a while to figure out how to post photos from Flickr vs  Photo Bucket now that they dumped us freebee users.

That's really cool. Do you take on custom jobs

Thanks for the comments guys!!

I probably have more than 40 hours in this model.  I don't keep close track but cutting and installing all of the chains on the front and rear took a while, as did figuring out the gear box.  The U joints take me about an hour each to make.

Mike,   I don't do any custom work.

It takes me longer than that to replace real ones and they are already made!  Great work, I am amazed as always.

Armand, that is your usual GREAT WORK!!  You certainly have a special talent and a genius to match.
I'm gonna have to look into this "Flickr" for the members on here.  I'm gonna have to start a separate thread on it.  You can chime in on it with your experience on it.
Thanks Armand,  Ted J

Chris, what normally happens is when you post a photo here from PB you get a note saying they no longer support third party hosting.  If it still works for you, your lucky!!  LOL

It would more than likely sell for more than a real one would bring. Nice work and thanks for posting. Tom

Another fine masterpiece! I really enjoyed the quick visit we had with Armand, but he had somewhere to go, and my wife and kids were chomping at the bit to go see the her parents lol! He's so close to the airport, I had to make a little detour lol!
