OK, I give, how do you get this pulley off the water pump shaft.  Tried heat, rustbuster, a puller...??????

When the 4 bolts are out of the fan blade. It should come off. I suggest a puller.

Sometimes a lot of debris (dirt, oil, etc) gets caught behind the pulley. Remove the 4- 1/4" bolts and fan, then try wiggling the pulley to bust thru the debris.
