Will a D15 manifold and carburetor on the allis c engine make more power? If jot what is the best choice of manifold and carburetor for a division 1 allis c? Thanks

It will not be a direct bolt up fit, although a good machinist can get the job done. None of the bolt holes match but the ports match up.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Are the ports larger? Would it be worth porting the c manifold rather than making a d15 manifold fit?

The ports match as I said above. You can lay one gasket on top of  the other a see this. However if your only running in division 1 I hardly see the end result worth the effort. Now If you had bored stroked and increased the RPM, the benefit would be well worth doing the work. There are a lot of little tweaks you can do to a "stock" engine to get the most out of what you have.  Just swapping to a larger venturi in the carburetor you have is most likely all you need.

Tire slip is what stops me. Solve that problem and you may have a winner unless you just plain power out with traction.
