Are any of the 12.4x28 tires that are listed on ebay worth bringing home? Best price for 2 tires with 2 tubes is $650 shipped. Duratire brand.

Need to patch the rims on the WC and it has unmatching 13.6x28 on 10 inch bump rims. Not really wanting to put a ton of money in it by putting on Firestones as it wont get used much but also do not want the cheap tires to dry rot in 2 years either.
