When you look in the top of a Stanley muffler, you can see right out the other end. Is the Nelson the same way or is there a baffle to force it through the body of the muffler?

The Nelson on my D17 has a baffle about the middle of the muffler. |

| I'm thinking,here just going of memory the nelson mufflers I have both new and old are straight through. I will have to double check tonight. Now I have a Factory nelson off a WD that does have a baffle. FYI the nelson mufflers from the D17 era to present look different from the WD45 and older models. |

Yes, I have bought 2 new Nelson mufflers in the last 3 years for both of my 45s (from AGCO). Yes, you can also see right through them as well.
