There is a 56f Allis flail chopper on the Eau Claire WI craigslist for $1200. My grandfather bought a brand new one and really liked his as it had more suction for picking up down crops than some of the other brands. Just posting in case someone is interested. Tom

Seems like it wouldn't work well since you'd always be running over your crop before you mowed it.

It must have been sold as the ad is gone this morning. It was a 56F. The one in the link above has been on for awhile. I hope a collecter got it or maybe a small Allis farmer who will get some use out of it. Tom
