I need a 28" PA rim. just the rim. don't need a tire, center or eccentrics. Just a good solid useable rim! Anyone in or near SE MI, or maybe could bring one to Oakley GOTO.

I need a 12" x 28". I guess a 13" would work as well. I have 14.9 x 28 tires.
