Been working on the 7030. I am looking for a Delco 10SI type 116 alternator that has the terminal block with 1,2, and R together. I bought one off of the internet, but had R as a separate stud off to the side. Any source or part numbers would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Aaron(IN)

I've never seen a 10SI wired that way.

Db Electrical has a good selection, i have bought several 3 wire delcos from them and have had pretty good luck.

I'm pretty sure you have a 12si. 10si has a stamped steel fan and the 12si has a metal and plastic fan. Edited: I should have reread what you posted. I have an 10si with three prong plug. It came from shoup parts. It is a delco reproduction.

Shoup sells alternators for that model that are delco style to replace the Neihoff. If I replace another one it will be a cs130. Edit: cs130 produces more amps at lower rpm.
