I'm new at this so I hope this doesn't sound stupid. I purchased a D14 last year and began cleaning it up. I found out it had been repainted once, but the wrong orange, etc. According to the serial # I think it is a 57, # is D14 5182. The grill on it has the three bars, and was painted cream. Is this also wrong for what came on it?

The 3 bar grille was used on 1959 and 60 models. The 57 and 58s did not have the 3 bars. On the same note, I am looking for a good 3 bar grille for my 1959 if anyone has one.

Thanks for info. I am still a little unsure of the year of my tractor, but I think it is a 57, so either someone has tried to add bars to the grill or replaced it, I'm not sure. One of the bars is missing and there is a line on the paint where it was. I have to check out some to see if the mesh is a replacement or not.
