I found one on Craigslist, is there much interest in them collector wise? I don't hear much about them
I was thinking about offering on it to get it for a project.

If you have a chance to buy one, take it.

I think one of the best looking flat top WF's I have seen is the one restored by Alan D. at the GOTO in Union Bridge "coming home". He did a beautiful job on it and if I remember correctly it was displayed at AGCO Headquarters in Georgia.
Frankly, we never sold one in Maryland and I do believe they are somewhat rare - only about 8400 built 1937 - 1951.
As stated above if you can get one at what you believe to be a reasonable price I would get it.
IF you can get an unstyled one I would suggest you jump on it.
Good Luck!

Looks like the ad was pulled, or I can't find it.. I was looking at the Richmond, VA area and saw it in the June postings. WF sitting on back of a trailer that included extra parts/pieces.

Tell him what you think it is worth. Maybe on the phone. If he has more of an offer than you want to spend, you can save yourself a trip.
