I'm probably gonna stick my foot in my mouth, but........
Although the sprocket looks great on the '69 EP dozer, the tracks look too tight and isn't the adjuster for the idler nearly all the way out?

Don't get me wrong, I'd like to have either machine. Just trying to learn something.

My old 7G tightens up like that backing up. May be tight but adjuster does not look too far out.

6ep looks good,  wouldn't mine taking a road trip, don't know if the salvage lot would let me use their lowboy to travel that far without bringing them back a pile of salvage.
