D17 S1 split at torque housing (PTO shaft seals and bushing) While I have the tractor apart I should probably replace the two PTO seals and bushing correct? Looks like I could get a hooked device on the seals but how would one get the bushing out? The PTO shaft below has some scaring from the worn out bushing I guess, do you think this should be worked on before installing with the new bushing?    Thanks, |

| That PTO bushing if $50... do you think the condition of the PTO shaft will just wear it out again? |

| It will unless you do something with shaft. I turned one down and made a sleeve to press on shaft. Salvage yard may have a good shaft. MACK |
