I just bought a WD 45 and something in the steering system brok. The steering wheel turns to both L/R stops, but the front wheels do not move. Narrow front end. Any suggestions?

If its the changeable front end, maybe the coupler is stripped. That would be a solid post to axel arrangement.  If its the non changeable front end then look to see if the set screw/bolt between the wheels (back side) and if keu is still in there. otherwise take the top cover off on the front end and look in and see if that set screw is still holding.
have someone turn the steering wheel while you look to see if shaft moves at bottom otherwise watch from top while wheel gets turned.

I would take the cover off of the pedestal(4 small bolts on top) and see what's going on.
