Bought a 6080 with fWD and cab, Owner said it started knocking and Quit. When loading it was told that the dealer said next time it would need a new crank. Now I'am in search of block and crank, Possibly running engine for the restoration.

| If it has the front external thrust bearing cradle set up You should be fine to get a Gleaner F2-F3 engine to replace it.Don't know if later combine engines got the bigger thrust brg like tractors but wouldn't matter with the external thrust. Hope you bought it right. |
