Has anyone ever mounted light truck tires on a power-max? I was wondering if a set of 31/10.5-15s mud grips would fit, or even 33s"?? If I cant go that route, I guess since chains seem to be elusive, I'm going to try and make my own.
I'm almost done making weights, they are getting close to weighing 50+ pounds each!

i had 31 x10 .50 with calcium on my 616 when i got it they were pickup tires  they worked ok , but replaced them with four  (duals) 9.50x 16 firestone field and roads  .  then replace the fronts with 5x12 firestone tri ribs,  i am happy with that .          how thick are your wieghts ?   i started cutting out 1 inch plate 12 inch dia. for weights last winter when we slowed a little havent done the math or weighted any was going to put four on a side

I'm using metal I can find in pairs, I have 2 10x1" thick pipe caps, 2 8x1" pipe caps, 4 rollers from a machine, and 4 plate counter weights. Gonna be pretty thick and stick out some, but it's what I found for free to work with.

Please tell me more about "dual tires" did you buy, or make adapters? What wheels did you use? Got any pictures?
