It looks to be in real good shape and has all the goodies with it...Loader,Back Blade, Post Hole digger and weights...She wants me to make an offer.... wondering What its worth ....I would like to get it for nothing of course but I will make a reasonable offer if I kind of know where to start...THANKS

If really nice and the attachments are in good condition it would be a good buy at $2,500-$3000. One should start it up and run it to determine the condition of the engine, clutches, and brakes.

Get it running and check out the tranny. It may refuse to go into or pop out of 3rd gear - best to check on a downhill grade with the engine providing braking power. If the tranny is sound, good tin, engine runs well........the price range suggested above sounds fair. If the tranny is shot, repairing that will take time and $.....value would be 1000-1500. Or less.
