I've noticed it right since I've had the tractor, the forth power shift in high and low range has a gear noise not loud or rough sounding just can hear it more so than the other speeds. Just curious if I should be splitting it and looking into the planetary gears or is it normal for its age. It has 7522 hours on it. My dad wonders if it was a gear that was used a lot. | A PS is noisy in all gears. Probably is ok. Take the floor out and drive it around and see if it is worse in that speed. MACK |
