In my never ending problem with starting my B I looked at compression results again. Cyl 1-3 70 lbs. #4-0 .Pulled valve cover,last Valve (#4) is stuck open.Could this be why I can't get gas from carb to engine?

No because the last valve is an exhaust valve. Maybe you have a leak between the intake and exhaust part of the manifold, that would do it.

Pulled the manifold today,no leaks.
