I've been messing around with the crawler a bit and finally got the steering clutches to work properly.  I was going to try it out today but discovered the torque converter oil is low and I want to change it before running it more.  Does anyone know where the drain plug is for the housing?  I can't find a picture, much less a description of where it is.  The machine has full skid plates so I may have to drop one to get to the underside of the machine.  Drained the transmission oil and think there may be another drain further forward from the one at the very rear of the differential housing. Wish I'd put it on some blocks when it was still moving.

John:  Can you post a few pics of your new to you 655 shovel when you get a minute.

Am interested to see how the machine was decaled.

Thanks Orangeman

Pictures on this site is one thing I haven't mastered yet.  I might be able to send some to someone on the site for them to post but it won't happen for a while.

I think on the dipstick it gives the spec for the oil and also that is checked hot with engine running in neutral .
