he is trying to post a pic about a previous post. he used a late 230 gas block to replace the buda block in a wd45

That's exactly what I did for my D17D when I overhauled it. I have gas 262 block in my Series 1 with the water pump on the head. I made a nice block off plate for the block mounted water pump and had all of the machine work done correctly.
