lift arms are slow but you can push traction booster valve behind cab by hand and it is fast. all the outher hy is fine

you might look at your rear cab mounts to see if they are worn out. Had the same problem on our 7000 and new rubber mounts fixed it as the cab had settled and did not allow linkage to work properly.  Doyle

Since the 7010 uses a cable, the cab mounts are not the problem.
Check the cable adjustment. If not that, then look at the linkage for wear.

I'd suspect linkage that is rusted/seized/stuck behind the cab that operates the 3 pt spool........usually happens if tractor sits outside a lot.

dont think it is the linkage cause the arms go all the way up and down they are just really slow

The linkage should push the spool just like your finger does.....so, it must not be doing that (if you can raise the hitch with good speed by pushing the spool in yourself).
