Whatever you design or copy from someone else, resist the urge to use a toplink attached near the hole and then up to the tractor somewhere. If this design breaks you will instantly be pulling from the top attaching point. In my opinion the best thing to do is make a sturdy pull point up under the middle of the rear housing and then a support at the rear that has a means to adjust quickly. I use shims and two bolts with a crossbar welded between them. I also build some adjustability for length also, this comes in handy at times for different tracks. This is on my CA, I do understand that for a 7000 things will have to be much stronger than what I have here.
