I have an old Allis Chamers backhoe loader. It is a diesel 4 cylinder and i am trying to get the history on this unit. I believe its an I 600 industrial tractor and off the engine plate we found the folowing information. 2200 4022674 and 2D-31794. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Should have numbers stamped into the bellhousing area of the trans/block separation joint to denote the model, my 180 Allis is on the right side.

I found the numbers under the multiple layers of paint. Its a 615 5200D, with a 200 ci 4 cylinder diesel, 3.3 Liter. I still dont know when it was built but it looks like somewhere after 1966. Any help is appreciated and thank you for the help finding the serial numbers. Orland
