Where was the crank supposed to be stored on the Bs with a battery?
As I recall, my Dad always kept it in the hole above the battery where the steering shaft goes down thru the toolbox similar to how it was stored on the non-electric tractors.
I never seem to see the cranks anywhere in the pics of Bs I see on the internet.

On my C it slides into the top of the tool box area right under the steering column. Is it the same on the B?

Some say it will fit the toolbox but it has to be empty, I just leave mine in the truck and never use it except to work on it.  They never made a fender clip like the WD as best I can tell.

When they came in new the hand cranks were in the toolbox.  Hard to get out and once we got them and the other tools out that came with them we hardly ever put them back.
Good Luck!

It's been a very long time but it seems like we carried the one for our C between the seat cushion and the fender.

This is where my crank sits. I think it was meant to go there.  Sorry for the big photo.

My grandfather kept it between the seat and fender
