Here is the 175 diesel with ROPS that I picked up this weekend. I planning on mounting the 500 loader from my 180 onto here. I am going to see if I can buff any of the paint to a shine. Any pointers or preferred products to use?

I didn't know that 175's came with the slanted ROPS. I would really like to see the axle mounting. Very nice find.

Decent looking tractor. You can use turtle wax to help shine up the paint, but there is no helping those decals.

It was close to home. I bought it from a guy who had a small horse farm south of Beaver Dam. I will get some pictures of the mounting next time I am at my dads farm

Nice tractor. Glad to see it at a good home where it will get used. But do you really want to wax it all up if you are putting a loader on? Those things tend to be hard on the paint in my experience. Hard on the sheet metal to with all the dents on anything I have seen with a loader....

It should have a pretty easy life. It will stay on my dads farm and be a backup loader tractor as my Dad has his own 180 with a loader and a skidloader. I am wanting a loader tractor when I have my own place out in the country sometime and can never have too many tractors. I probably should have had a mask when I bought this for $2,500.

That's a nice looking original tractor. I like the 175's and like the see the final evolution going from WC to 175.

And you say you didn't have a mask or a gun? Unbelievable. What a great looking find this one is. Now you'll have to trade the 180 for a 185 with a canopy.

Wow! Yes, you are lucky not to have ended up in "crowbar hotel" with that purchase. No wonder the guy on the tractor has a smile so big you can barely see his eyes!
