I just saw David Maddux on the Fox 4 TV in Kanasa City, His D-15 was in the front of the line ready to lead the priade in Independence Missouri.
So it looks like we now have a TV star on the forum! lol

You guys have it all wrong! In the first place I was driving the D-14 and second, well, there were six John Deere tractors ahead of us at the start. By the end of the day, 3 dropped out from breakdowns. Grandson Nick has a saying, "what to my wondering eyes would appear, but the very first breakdown would be a John "Deere!"

That was the Dream Factory Tractor Cruise. WE raised over $14,000.00 for seriously ill children to have a special dream come true. The typical dream cost around $4500.00. So we raised almost 4 dreams for 4 sick children. It is a worth while effort. We have been doing this for the last 5 years, have not missed one yet. The Greater KC Two Cylinder Club puts the event on, so I can't speak bad of the JD people. We had one little girl there yesterday that had gone to Disney World for her dream. They talked about another little boy who was into baseball, who was sent to New York to see the Yankees play and meet some of the star players. We all had a good time. I would invite everyone to participate next year. Dave.

Tractor Rides are fun, but they are really special when involved in an Event such as yours.
