My 1953 WD has a cracked cylinder head.   Luckily I also have a 1952 WD parts tractor (non-running). The 1952 cylinder head is taller than the 1953.

Can I use the shorter cylinder head? Assuming that I have to use the shorter pushrods and mounting hardware.

Plan B: If I can't switch the heads and I have to rebuild the 1952 (complete engine) will it fit on my 1953 tractor? Transmissions are different.

Thanks for any help,
"Depressed in Michigan"
Tom

Should bolt right on. Push rods are the same, rocker arm stands are different. The blocks are the same. Either one will bolt to either tractor.
