Own a B-12 Lawn tractor and can't get it started. Where are the points located? Never worked on. Except change oil and grease it.

Points are under the rectangular box below and in front of the carb. Often replaced with a NOVA 2 or Megafire unit. About $15 on eBay and does away with all the point/condenser issues. What makes you think they are wrong on yours?
