i need know what kind oil goes in the trans of a model b with a hyd att. and in the final drive pans                          thanks!!!!

You can run the 821 spec for tranny - it's good for all those applications; final drives - SAE 140.

The factory used 20w non-detergent motor oil in the transmissions for the ones with hydraulics.
Today alot of folks are using universal hydraulic/transmission fluid.
I still use 20w non-detergent motor oil.
Seems to do the job. Tractors are over 60 years old with no transmission or rear end failures.

For the final drives the factory use 140w gear oil for temperatures above 32 F and 90w for temperatures below 32 F.
Now you can cover the whole range with 85w-140 gear oil.
