I think the Woods L59 is a very good mower.
------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s.

go with a woods l306. an L59 is to narrow. Woods still makes them . You'll have to order it though. Spring the extra bucks for the Manual lift and guide wheeles. The L59 mows fine withou the wheels but a L406 bounces left to right to much without them. You don.t need the blades turning to lift with a manual lift. but hyd s need the PTO to operate.

I have the Woods L306 with hyd lift on a CA and think it is the best mowing setup out there for the money. It is 72 inch cut, the L59 is only 60. In average yard grass I mow in 2nd gear.

An L503 will mount on a B or a C so I would think it will mount on a CA also. It is a 60 in cut. I don't know what the difference is between the L59 and an L503. Can't believe it is on one inch in width of cut.
