Vogel cams, st85c grind was what I used, ask them for the newer version. Never had a bad cam regrind from them. Ran a 301 with a h1e holset with 35 exh.. Hope this helps

You may be able to gain what you need by advancing the stock cam, about 8 degrees with offset key & installing stiffer valve springs, 1.75 rocker arms + stronger pushrods. But be sure to check the valve to piston clearance.

If you need more low end torque, retard the pump timing, like 25 to 30 degrees BTDC, that will also be easier on the pistons, bearings, all internal parts. If it flames out the stack, inject a little water if the rules will allow that. Pulls are won at the big end of the track, with torque!!!!

The rocket arms & pushrods can be bought from Murphy's Machine in Hallsville Mo. 573 696 3655 or Kenney's Pulling parts 606 379 7490  the rocker arms are needed even if you have a cam reground, the speed of the intake valve opening is as important as the max valve lift, maybe more important in some engines.
