Are the gaskets all the same for the wd45 and wd

Are the o rings the same for the 45 sleeves

Be careful on the sleeve O-rings. The OEM WD or WD-45 4 inch bore sleeves are exactly the same and use the same O-ring. If the sleeves are 4 1/8" bore, they take a different O-ring (a thinner one).

Thank you.  Any other advice on this build would be greatly appreciated

On the 4 1/8 sleeves the m&w used a thin o ring, and I've seen 2 other sizes of o rings on the other sleeves. I just machine the o ring grove on the sleeves slightly and use a 3mm x 102mm buna o ring from McMaster Carr on all of them. I had gotten a couple different sizes close after measuring and found the one that worked best. Now I may be wrong on the 3x102, I'm just going from memory, I'd have to look at the bag to be sure.
