Looks like the starting bid is $500 now. That seems reasonable.

It is a WD but the serial # he gives would make it a 1955 WD45, maybe he has one too many 0's on it also.

I would bet he is giving the engine number which would make this an early 1948 tractor.

And it has a straight shifter so unless its a 45 with a WD transmission then my guess is the serial # is wrong. haha
