Tractor is not running. No load on hydraulics. What should the gauge read?  Could it need pressure relieved somewhere?  Or just stuck?.......tx.................O_O

Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

Is the hydraulic down or in the hold postion? I am assuming not which means that you spring in the guge has broken and will need rebuilt. Mine did the same thing.
