Currently I have a stock Zenith 11142 but I also have a TSX-844.
I know the bolt pattern is wider on the TSX, both air inlet butterflies are marked 18.
I didn't measure the venturi but they look close.
I assume the TSX has a larger main jet?

Would there be any advantage in using the TSX on my CA?

Stock engine, running more RPM but limited to 3.5 mph

If the TSX844 is from an engine that makes more rated HP than a "CA" does, it will probably make more HP on the "CA".

Speaking from ignorance inre: the numbering sequences, I am running a TSX-853, larger?, on our CA currently with a 160 cid which runs very well. I tried it on the 125 cid and it also worked quite well. Just me tho.

Thanks
The 844 was used on the D14/15 149 ci engines.

I have used this carb on my B and it did help it a lot, but since the original B carb has a smaller inlet it was obvious it would.

I did not realize the CA came with a larger carb (Zenith) originally. I just never compared the two.
