Over the Winter I redesigned the wiring system in my 620. It definitely ain't stock lookin' that's for sure, but neither is the additional accessories I'm adding to the machine either, like 4 way flashers, higher watt headlights, and a work light, along with the electric pto's Ark loader etc. There's not much room inside that instrument panel, so I came up with a piggy back twin terminal block setup that will handle the extra "stuff" on board the Tractor. I got the dash reinstalled today along with the subframe for the loader. This thing is actually starting to look like a Tractor again also. Here's a couple pics..

Steve, Are the two PTO clutch toggle switches involved in allowing the starter to activate? |

Bri, Running two separate circuits for each clutch. Plans are to run each clutch circuit through their own relay (on a remote relay panel) to take the load off the toggle switches & system and run full power to the each clutch. | yours sure sure looks nice and clean and large gauge wire and it gets better those terminal strips make it so much better! there is allready two much running through those pto swicthes espcaly start system but they still need to denerize with key off i vote for relay then could you your start position throught the off position off the say rear pto for safty . and large what is the swicth under the indicator lights on the dash ? all those old swicths probley never failed 40years ago and 40feet of rain and snow ago |

Mike, I used 14 gauge wire throughout the system, and 12 gauge on the main circuit from the stator. You're right! The OEM system is just to much back n' forth through the pto switches. That's why I opted for a more simple setup on my system. Separated the circuitry and functions. The switch under the ID lights is the 4 way flasher switch. I plan on using two "Lolipop" tailights mounted on the rear fenders, and two small lights mounted on the side of the hood for the 4 ways. This way I'll be seen at night when I'm out in the road plowing the mouth of the driveway. Pull the knob up, it lights the Red knob and energizes the flasher circuit... Joey, I'll probably post a few pics of the lighting on the 620 when I get em' wired in.
