Must be a little different than the one Allis patented...

At the end of page 8, it refers to a Canadian Patent from 1950. Probably the Mitchell device.

The B never had a snap coupler, did it? This looks like an aftermarket add-on. Someone had to already be building the snap coupler implements before this would have any use, eh?

A-C sold kits to update B C CA WD WD45 that didn't have the snap coupler from the factory. Norm Swinford talks about this in his book.
