Picking up a good running Z code next weekend...what all needs changes to put it in my WC? I know it's been covered but the search function works terribly on my phone. Thanks!

It's been a while since i have done it but if i remember right you need to turn out the center of your wc front pully to fit on the gleaner engine. You might need a small notch in your frame on the right side were the front cover of the engine is. You need to change governors if you want your governor to work correctly although i never did do that to mine   (makes loading and unloading on the trailer more entertaining if you don't especially with hand brakes and no 3rd ramp). I might have missed some things as it's probably been about 10 years and i have only done it once

You might have to swap water pumps also. I cant seem to remember why you needed the front pully from the wc. Im sure if i was looking at the tractor it would come back to me

you can machine the bore of the wc pulley all the way through to get it to line up. The gleaner e has a longer crank snout. Then when you line up the belt you can drill a new set hole for the bolt You have to use the wc wd wd45 water pump enlarge the holes in the pump to accept the larger studs on the e engine. If your e engine has the fuel pump take it off and make a blockoff plate. You will have to re-bend the bottom oil line to clear the steering. Change the governor out it isnt that hard to do hope this helps a little

Either change front cover or put the tractor linkage in the gov. housing.

Might Dyno 50 to 60... Most combine engines were worn out due to dusty conditions, and they ran wide open all the time.
