My wife and granddaughter plowing the garden. April fool. Really I did the plowin, just can't make a straight furrow anymore. Looks like it might have been hard plowing, so a straight furrow might be hard to do. Years ago helped an old farmer during the day, worked the night shift. Every morning I spent a lot of time trying to straighten the furrow if he had done some plowing after I left for work. Didn't want the neighbors or the folks going by on the highway thinking I had plowed that way. lol Old black gumbo really likes to make a plow skate. thanks for the pics, Charlie.. |

Charlie, Let the wife and granddaughter do some of the plowing Then you can say they plowed it that way. LOL
No the furrows look good, I was just pulling your leg. If it drys up here I'll be doing some of that too maybe.

Don, Yes I do. I figured if anybody would notice that, you would. I didn't know how to act about 3 years ago when the pump puked on me. I used to work for a farmer that would get the sprayer all hooked up and ready to go, and would say " guess I'll go straighten some rows." He claimed if you put enough water on, when the sun came out to dry it, the corn rows would shrink and straighten. Dave, I f my Dad was still around we would be plantin' taters tomorrow.
